Mr. Gill graduated from Central Missouri State University (now University of Central Missouri) in 1992 with a Bachelors in Vocal Music Education.  Since that time, he has taken many post-baccalaureate and graduate level courses.  Mr. Gill is certified to teach K-12 Vocal Music and 7-12 Speech and Drama.

Mr. Gill is in his 18th year at Knob Noster Schools.  This is his sixth year to teach Speech/Drama at Knob, though he has served as Assistant Speech and Drama Coach in previous years.  Mr. Gill taught for seven years in the Ozarks: four years at Cabool MS/HS in Cabool, MO teaching both 7-12 Choirs and Speech/Drama, and the first three years of his career teaching K-12 Vocal Music and a 9th Grade Drama class at Dora R-III School in Dora, MO.  Mr. Gill has also taught two semesters of Music Appreciation for the Cabool Extended Campus of Drury College.  Additionally, Mr. Gill has taught private voice lessons through Instrumental Influence, Inc. in Sedalia, MO (2000-2006) and through Central Band and Piano in Warrensburg, MO (2007-2013).

Mr. Gill is a Missouri native, though he spent several growing up years in Illinois.  Graduating from high school at North Kansas City (Go Hornets!) in 1987, Mr. Gill accepted a Distiguished Scholar Award from Central Missouri State Univerity graduating in 1992 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Vocal Music Education.

Mr. and Mrs. Gill have been married for 20 years and have four wonderful children.
